Played hearthstone? 2D effects

    Hi All,

    So I have been playing hearthstone and it seems like a lot of the animations would be done in after effects and placed into unity as sprites, but I'm not to sure about this so for anyone that has played the game or something similar does anyone know how these effects would be made and placed in unity?

    That link doesn't seem to answer the question, but I'm guessing that many of the effects are as you say, @sebaslive . There are some regular particles in there too for i.e. fireworks, concussive impacts, etc.
