Play store game rejected for deceptive advertising.

This is my first game i ried to put on the play store, i tried to fix some things but i dont know it it will be enough, this is what they sent me back:
I have now told the player that it will put an ad up every 3 times you die, and skipping gives you an ad, do you think that is enough?

 

I don't even know what I'm looking at in that image. Text can't even be read. Is that actually the game?
