Vive controller code goes from solid ~140 FPS (2 weeks ago) last week and now down each time played in editor progressively worse ... ~100/~50/~25/~12/~6

The performance drop seems to be correlated with early last week's SteamVR Update (I've got auto update turned on by default on my SteamVR beta )

Is there anyone else noticing this with their projects?

FYI - updating to 2018.b2.0b7 today from *.0b5 to see if this resolves it

So it seems, OpenVR.Compositor is to blame. The RenderLoop() in SteamVR_Render.cs uses a WaitForEndOfFrame() to send the tacking/overlay to/from the Vive.
