    Hi,

I've recently installed Unity 2021.3.16f1 on RHEL 8.7 and somehow, the Play/pause button has disappeared from the top of the Scene. It was there briefly during an early phase (I think when 2021.3.15f1 was installed), but has now since disappeared.

When you guess where the button might be and click it, the screen seems to transition to play mode (but hard to confirm without seeing the screen)

    Things attempted without success:
    • closed/reopened Unity
    • created a new project
    • uninstalled and reinstalled Unity 2021.3.16f1 and Unity 2021.3.15f1
    • complete unity hub uninstall and reinstall
    • rebooted the computer
    • checked the Edit > Project Settings > Editor > Enter Play Mode
When I open the same project on another computer, the play mode buttons appear and work.

I've searched the forums, and I can only see references to ProBuilder back in Unity 4.

What do you advise? Thank you!

Same issue on test version of Debian Trixie (v13) and KDE Plasma/Wayland, Unity 2022.3.21f1.

With Unity 2022.3 you can use the UI Toolkit debugger to look at what's going on inside the toolbar. That would certainly be useful in figuring out what's causing the issue. Personally I never had it, neither with 2021 or 2022, neither with X11 or Wayland.
