I know this sounds like this should go in a different section, but there was no sub-section for it, so here I go:
To develop for a platform like XBOX 360 or PS3 or PS4 or XBOX One, must you be a Pro member?
Continuing with those same consoles, must you use a physical console for each to test them? Does Unity provide any alternatives to a physical console testing?
    Thanks :)

You only can develop for one of the consoles if you have the corresponding development kit for the console and a matching developer license from the console manufacture. For the Xbox One for example you will get a unity pro license for the Xbox One with your development kit software.
What do you mean with "alternatives to a physical console testing" ? A Xbox One simulator? I do not have a development kit but i guess that you will need a real console / the development kit.

Sorry for the weird wording that's what I meant: a simulator of some sorts.

Unity will probably not have any kind of simulator for any of the consoles.
You should keep in mind that if you like to develop on a console, the console itself is one of the smaller cost factors.
In addition the console developer have very hard requirements on the developer they allow on there platform-
If you need more detailed information you probably best of contacting the developer contact of the console developer , since the most if the development informations are not available publicly due license agreements.
