Feedback Plateform support like dependencies

Hi,

One of Unity's main adventage is cross plateform support.
However, the new package way of delivering content and the new tehchnologies (DOTS) are starting to introduce some platefrom incompatibilities.

I'd like to sugest that the package manifet include a "supported plateform" section where we can have a list of platform on wich the package would run (Fully / Partially/ Not at all).

This combined with the dependencies and a proper display in the package manager may avoid many headheck in for users I think.
