Question Plastic SCM not working

    After Migrating with plastic SCM i cant seem to check the incoming changes. As soon as I click incoming messages I get a code error like this :

    NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
    Unity.PlasticSCM.Editor.Views.IncomingChanges.Developer.IncomingChangesTreeView.Sort () (at Library/PackageCache/com.unity.collab-proxy@1.15.15/Editor/PlasticSCM/Views/IncomingChanges/Developer/IncomingChangesTreeView.cs:184)

    anyone else getting this error. I cant progress with my team without fixing it. Ive attached the error that pops up in unity as well as the code it shows me when I click on the error. unity error.PNG code error.PNG

    Hi @harzac01, I'm sorry you're running into issues after your migration. Is your project running on one of these supported Editor versions?
    • 2020.3.20f1 or later
    • 2021.1.25f1 or later
    • 2021.2.0b16 or later
    • 2022.1.0a12 or later

    Yes im on 2020.3.27f1

    I'm sorry that you're still blocked by this. Can you first try upgrading your Version Control package to the latest version? If that doesn't help, then can you try installing the Plastic SCM external client (which you can install by opening the Cog menu in the Plastic SCM window of the Unity Editor and selecting Launch Plastic SCM/Gluon) and seeing if you can view the Incoming Changes tab there?

    Nevermind I updated my version control but now I have a different error. Ive attched it New problem.PNG

    I'm sadly not able to reproduce this issue on my end. Could you please reach out to us at support@plasticscm.com so that we can debug this further?

    Im not sure if this helps but I found this error within the cloud build. if you have no idea for this as well ill just contact the email. Problem 3.PNG

    Thank you for sharing that. Unfortunately, since Cloud Build is a separate service from Plastic SCM, its disruption shouldn't cause issues like the one you are seeing. I would still recommend that you email Support for additional help.
