    Hi,

I was using Plastic SCM only two months ago for my project, although now when re-opening Unity, Plastic SCM does not exist anywhere and when I log into Plastic SCM with my Unity credentials it says I am not part of any organisation and I must apply for a trial license?

I am the owner of the organisation (only 2 people are on it) and it says there's no projects when there clearly is. I even have emails showing project history and uploads/commits, yet the Plastic SCM dashboard shows nothing, no does the Plastic SCM or Unity clients.

    Any ideas?

    *EDIT*

Also, on one of my older projects the following error happens on load.

"ERROR - PLASTIC SCM - an unexpected error has occurred."

You can't get past it either.

There's also no Version Control in the Package Manager (Unity HUB is the latest version)

Hi @DathranEU9, I'm sorry that your Plastic SCM setup changed unexpectedly on you. If you're getting messages about a trial period then that sounds like you're using the Enterprise version of Plastic SCM (where you can set up an on-prem server for your team to use, instead of the Cloud). Is that what you meant to do?

If not, then I'd recommend uninstalling the version of Plastic SCM you have installed. Then open your Unity Project, install the Version Control package via the Package Manager, and install the Plastic SCM Cloud Edition from the Plastic SCM window. (You can trigger an install by opening the Cog menu and selecting Launch Plastic SCM). From there, it should ask you which account you'd like to log in with, either with a Unity account or with email and a password of a Plastic account. Let me know if that resolves your issue.

    Hi @ZhiCheng111,

What are your Unity versions and Version Control package version?

Are you supposed to be using an Enterprise/on-premises server or Plastic Cloud?

    Regards,
    Carlos.
