Bug Plastic EU cloud is down?

    What's going on - black friday sales?

    Dashboard says repository is empty...

    Any new news on resolution? It's like an hour already...

    Is the dashboard only showing an incorrect size or does it not function correctly? Can you still update/checking repos with your clients?

    If you suspect the cloud server to be down, you really should be emailing: support@codicesoftware.com

    In my experience, they answer within an hour, often within minutes.

    By the way, we didn't notice any issues with our two organizations on the same region, so maybe it's only a bug in the Dashboard.

    My repo is still there.

    Are you sure you're connected with the right account? Since the current merging with collaborate, you can use your unity account for Plastic.

    Hi! It was a problem with the EU Cloud setup. The service was restored in 3h, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
