Planning to upgrade my project from Unity 2019.2 to 2019.3.6f1. Is it safe/stable?

I have a project with Unity 2019.2.21f. I want to migrate to 2019.3.6f1 but is scared if this version is unstable. For those who are using 2019.3.+f out there, is stable? Like crashes etc? I'm on Mac. Thanks a lot!

It's "probably" fine. However, two things you should definitely do first:
    • Make sure you have a backup of your project. This should be obvious, but you should be prepared to back out of your upgrade at any point by reverting to your 2019.2 project. Use version control, or at least make a backup copy of the project.
    • Look at the Known Issues in the patch notes to see if any are a deal breaker for your project: https://unity3d.com/unity/whats-new/2019.3.6
