so i imported a 501 x 512 PNG image , but it's ugly and has pixelated edges, and it has a slim straight line but it appears in game window as a dotted line.

    image import settings attached.

also its a UI design for mobile game, and having a 16:9 aspect ratio,.
And i have texture quality is full res.
is the image too big ? what am i doing wrong?

Do you have a picture of the image as it's supposed to look and how it is looking in your UI? The way you have the rect transform and other settings may be having a big impact on the appearance.

Without really knowing how things look, I would suggest:
    1. Change filtering from "Point (no filter)" to "Bilinear" to remove the pixelated edges you're seeing.
    2. Make the image size into a POT image if this is for mobile. It's just good practice for texture compression, and right now you have the image at a strange size. You can adapt your layout to any extra transparent space you have to add, etc.
