Pivot problem import from 3dsmax to unity

    Hi, every one

    I am new to Unity and I have a problem that I cannot solve.

    In the image below on the left side, you can see my pivot points in 3dsmax and their direction. All x-axis is looking at each other and y-axis is pointing up. But when I import .fbx file into Unity you can see that all objects x-axis are looking at one direction and I cannot make pivot point look the same as in 3dsmax.

    What I am doing wrong?
