Question Pivot Points Won't Update on Character

Hi, I am new to Unity and trying to animate a character I imported. I was able to successfully split my sprite into multiple parts and I want to move the pivot points. I am able to successfully move the pivot points on the sprite editor but in the actual game scene itself it doesn't update. Does anyone know why this is? I am hitting apply and asks me to save my changes which I do.

Are you sure you have Pivot / Center and World / Local correctly configured in the scene window?

Shortcut keys are Z and X when Scene is focused.
