PICK AND PLACE FAILS FOR CUSTOM ROBOT UR10

    I managed to complete successfully the part 1,2 from the Pick and Place tutorial in Unity hub.
    I am running into an issue in part 3 of the pick and place tutorial of unity hub. Even though ,moveit calculates the trajectory and robot in unity moves ,it goes up from the target and doesn't grab the object ,then goes to the goal location but without the object and up again from that as you see.
    Consider there is an error in the gripper script for grabbing ,shouldn't at least reach the target in an acceptable altitude ? The good thing is that the x,y coordinates are fine though ,the problem is in the z coordinate,despite the fact that the robot lowers a little.
    Any help about that would be useful.
