Bug physics shape control handle doesn't move the center point

    So this could be a bug or a feature request either way:

    When you have a capsule physics shape in the scene and you click and drag the top control handle I expect the bottom of the shape to stay where it is like with a normal physX collider.
    Instead the height of the physics shape will increase uniformly and expand the bottom as well, keeping the shape centre at 0,0,0

    Please make this behaviour consistent with existing workflows
