So in the editor, my car is very arcadey and drifts around corners, but when I actually build the game, the car feels very heavy and sluggishly rounds corners. I am using a simple car model with wheel colliders, and all physics operations are being handled in FixedUpdate and with Time.fixedDeltaTime. Any help is much appreciated.

Clearly a difference in performance is causing physics to feel different. What platform are you building?

I'm going to guess that its slowing down on Android due to loss of performance. I wish I could help but I haven't gotten into deploying on mobile much yet.
