Physically Based Shading

    OK, I posted the other request in the appropriate thread already created. Either then eventually create a catalogue of realistic shaders presets for different everyday materials or they don't.

    So I will change to thread to use this quote from there Advertising Page for Unity 5 features:

    "Use Global Illumination to light characters and dynamic geometry from your environments for polished results on high-end mobile, desktop and consoles."

    What is considered 'high-end mobile' for the purposes of this ad-copy? Plenty of Windows XP still out there too.

    Technically we only require NEON to run Enlighten. That is already the requirement of the iOS and Android players (as they are armv7 only) in Unity 5, so Enlighten will run on all the iOS and Android devices supported by Unity 5.

    The calculations are done asynchronously on the CPU. They depend on the complexity of your scene and the resolution. Even low-end devices will be able to run small scenes, or bigger scenes but with more latency in lighting updates.
