Photorealistic graphics in WebGL. URP or something else?

    Hi. I want to buld a photorealistic scene (or as close to that as possible) targeting the WebGL platform. Since HDRP is not supported (from what I've seen) is URP my best option? Or is there anything else I should consider looking into?

    EDIT: I should add that this specific project consists of mainly static scenes. So baked lighting is not a problem.
