Video Phone desktop connection/ real-time video in-App

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a way to

1) send key points detected by the phone to the computer
2) compute pose, send it back to be displayed by the phone.

I tried to use an embedded browser with a streaming platform like Rainway/Dixper. But it didn't work. Because the embedded browser doesn't have a flash player and can only open HTML5 videos.

How can I stream real-time HTML5 videos from my desktop to my App?

Would building a WebGL unity project on one end point and an IOS the other endpoint.
I appreciate any help/ suggestions because I haven't been able to find a solution for a long time.
