Official Performance Reporting Outage Update

Earlier today the Performance Reporting service suffered a critical database issue. We had to take the service offline for a time and perform a database migration. No existing data was lost, but we have lost a few hours worth of incoming crash events while the service is down.

The database migration is still running, but in the meantime we've deployed a hotfix that allowed us to get the Performance Reporting service partially back online in a degraded state. Some functionality such as the dashboard should be available, but it is still not working for event ingestion or deletion. Unfortunately I don't currently have an ETA on when the database migration will complete and full functionality will be restored.

 

Issues with Performance Reporting have been resolved and the service is now operating normally.
