Per-pixel normals not working on terrain (2018.3.6f1)

    Instancing doesn't activate the per-pixel normals, I do get fewer drawcalls but it stays in per-vertex mode... Has anyone run in to this as well? any possible fixes?

    Are you using LWRP?

    No I'm using the Built-In Pipeline

    Can you share some photos/vids of what's happening? And move the camera around the scene while looking at the Terrain
