PC restarting while baking lights

Hello guys,

I have this issue where my PC crashes and restarts while baking lights (towards the end), its a new build and have no idea what may cause that problem. I checked windows event log and found out this

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly

What I've done so far:

-Replaced the stock Ryzen 5 cooler with $110 Noctua fan
-Bought a new PSU 750W Corsair

My PC keeps restarting and somewhere I read the motherboard might be causing this for some reason, I'm using Asrock AB 350M

I don't know what else I can do, I've tried running CPU stress tests and the temp stays 49-52, then I stopped the test after more than 90 minutes in.

My build: Ryzen 5 1600, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB Ram, Corsair RM 750x PSU.

Appreciate any help, because I have no idea what else I can do...
