Paypal blocking money

So, I just withdraw money from my unity asset store sells to my PayPal account and the money got blocked by PayPal. They said that the money will be send back to the sender in a month and its been like 50 days now. In my account in unity page the status in the transaction display "In progress".
I couldn't contact any more direct unity support on this so i guess ill just post it here.
Do i just keep waiting or the money is in some kind of limbo and forever lost?
