Question Payout Revenue Delay ?

Hello Unity Developers,
have you experienced delays in payout revenue or it is just me?
Today (28 July) I need to get the revenue.
Until today I had absolutely no problems with the payouts, in the morning I wake up and money is in PayPal account
Today, at the time I'm writing this is evening in my country and I still have not received anything.
Transaction History: In progress..
I have opened ticket but no answer yet #1321132
Have they made any changes to the automated payout system or something happened to my account ?

 

Delay here also... I usually would have received a deposit last night. Last time I had a small delay of a few days was years ago. I'll give it a couple days before contacting Unity.
Also in the transaction history I see an 'adjustment' and 'adjustment correction' so it looks like some new processes happening.

 

Same thing here, wondering what's going on? Hope we'll be hearing from someone from the Unity Ads team

I just realized I didn't received the "payment aproved" mail they ussualy send each month. What about You?

Just after writing this, I got the confirmation mail lol, I supose we just have to wait now...

 

That's true, didn't get it either. The usual "Payout Request received" mail. Looks like there's an issue with their systems.
Unity, seriously, this isn't funny. From the unaccounted for and unjustified "Adjustments" (which led to deductions in earnings across ALL Organizations) and now, this...not the best service to say the least. The NET 60 payment cycle is already a hurdle in itself, please don't make things worse for us....we also have plans.

 

I got the "Payout Request Approved" mail.
Now I wait for the funds to reach my account.
Yeah, and I also got the adjustment correction ( -28$) in my case.
I think that something is changing after Unity merge with ironsource. Let's hope it is not so catastrophic..

Looks like is a problem with their system

 

Still waiting here also. Dashboard says payment has been processed since yesterday, but no email or $.

I had this problem on July 28 last year and I received the payment on 29.
Now it is taking longer...

 

Here I also had this payment delay, we just have to wait and I hope it's not too long

Not even the "payment request approved" e-mail arrived here =/

We should write all to Accountspayable-fi@unity3d.com because it is over due date and there is a problem with their system

I have the same problem, in the transaction history area it shows as "in progress", but what I see is a general delay, because there are already many of us here with the same problem

 

Same problem here, still nothing... Jul. 2022 until today this problem has occurred, this is a shame for a company of this size, not to mention the tickets that they do not respond, even on simple matters. I have tickets that have been open for 2 months and have been assigned to one of their employees and still no response.

"Your payout for this month is under process. This will be released by the end of the month."
That's what I received from Unity Support.

Trying to be positive about it, we all should get the payment at day 27 or 28 then.
I'm not expecting the payment on the weekend because they never paid on the weekend for me.

Did anyone receive? Since the 23rd no payment, and it only shows in progress, I'm tired of progress, when will they pay us?

 

The payment has not yet fallen but this was a response to a ticket that I opened with support regarding late payments. From what I understood from today to tomorrow they should be making the corresponding payments

Unity has breaking they own rules.
I think they will never pay anymore. All next ads will handled by Ironsource (LevelPlay)

 

It is the end of the month and I have not received anything so far, only the support email saying that at the end of the month they would process the payment and that there was a delay due to some sanctions..

I'm still waiting for the payment or at least the approved payment confirmation email

 

Same here: no e-mail and no money. It said on the dashboard that it would be paid 23th of february. Unity support said that it must be a problem with my local bank. But I receive via paypal! So I answered that I use paypal and now I am waiting. Really annoying this situation. Sorry for my bad english.
