Payment request for a private person

Is there any step by step guide how to send a payment request being a private person? In payment FAQ they tell that they handle private persons "a bit differently" but how?
Tried to send emails to accountspayable6fi@unity3d.com but didn't get any answer.

Also the email you said is typed wrong and its probably only for automated invoice pdf handling so one will reply there fast or maybe ever. Use the "Contact us" from dashboard if you have questions to them.
