Bug Payment Not Received

    Hello,

    Usually, I receive my payment at the start of the month,

    I received the "Payout Request Approved" email on 27 October, the money is deducted on the unity finance page but I have not received the money in my bank account.

    This has never happened before, this is the first time and I am stressed because of this. This is my only source of income and I don't know what to do.

    I send a ticket to unity support and they said I will receive the money on Friday but I have not. I message again but no reply.

    The Unity finance team has updated the proof of payment in the ticket. Please check with your bank again and let the finance team know if you haven't received the payment. Thanks.

    same issue I'm facing. they even don't reply on tickets.
    they have priorities like, low, med, high & urgent. I've opened ticket with priority urgent. and even after more than a day, there's no update.
