Patchy NavMesh

    Hello,
    using 2021.03.0f1 on apple silicon.

    I have having issues where the baked NavMesh is patchy, therefore unable to navigate. Has anyonelse experinace this. Or could point me to what I am doing wrong ? (see image attached)

    To me, looks like your input geometry underneath the "road" maybe gets too close to the road and prevents the baking. I would have the NavMeshSurface component only consider the "road" and see if that addresses your problem

    Thanks, yep i had the whole terrain set as NonWalkable, I just removed it from the NavMesh bake and it sorted it out.
