Bug Paste not working on sign in screen.

    Pasting my password copied from my password manager is not working on the login screen.

    Running on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS.

    I can verify that.
    Also after entering my login, if I select the text and drag it, My laptop locks up.

    EDIT: Also on ubuntu 14.04

    Is this ever going to be addressed? Still an issue with the 2017.3 beta.

    Agreed, this is still a huge pain for me, especially as I find I often have to delete my Unity config when I upgrade. I use long, randomised passwords and not being able to copy paste is a huge pain.

    My workaround is to use xdotool to type the password, but the login screen also seems to drop input sometimes, so it really is awkward.
