ParticleSystem Help - Particles too dense

    I'm new to Unity, and I'm working on my first game. I'm attempting to create a simple WW1 FPS. My terrain and everything is in black and white, but I wanted certain elements (like mustard gas) to be in color. But my mustard gas particles look completely off. I want it to look more like fog, and envelop the player, but I don't know how to do that.

    Try setting "Sort Mode" to Distance, in the Renderer settings (your bottom screenshot).
    Right now the particles are drawing in the wrong order.

    Looks a lot better than it did. Thank you. Still needs some work though. But since I'm just learning, I think it should be good to go.
