ParticleSystem default Scaling Mode

    We're currently using Unity 2017.4.3f1.
    When I create a new ParticleSystem component, the Scaling Mode is "Local" by default, which acts as before 5.6 version.

    I need to manually set it to "Hierarchy" everytime I create a new ParticleSystem to make it like in 5.6.
    I'm wondering if there's any setting to make all newly created ParticleSystem as "Hierarchy".
