Hi, I’m struggling with artifacts on moving particles lines. They look nice in the VFX RibbonPack sample, but when they are thinner and move faster, they show strong artifacts. It looks like an antialias problem. Currently using TAA and the other options are even worse. Tried to find a solution the last days without success. Any help or hint will be highly appreciated.

    Many thanks!

Hi, this seems like a specific issue with TAA.

Particle strips don't generate motion vectors at the moment, so they are very prone to TAA issues like ghosting. Adding motion vector generation for strips is planned.

Thank you for your response! When will strips get motion vectors? I'm preparing this for an exhibition in two weeks. Maybe there is a workaround for the time being you can suggest? An additional problem is that the smearing ignores stereoscopic depth. So the visuals look even more messy in stereo.

When you say other AA solutions than TAA are even worse, what's the issue exactly? From your video it seems to be TAA artifacts.
