Particles Not Rendering On Remote Machine

After i build the game, and launch the .exe file. My particles on my computer work. However My friend downloads the files and launches the .exe and the particle systems do not work on his machine. Why would it work on my machine but not his ? We are both launching the same .exe from the same zip file.
