Bug Particle system velocity-over-lifetime world space still affected by rotation

    When space set to world under Velocity Over Lifetime, you would expect the particles to continue on their original orbital trajectory even if the particle system changes rotation, but they don't. You can see from the pic below that when I rotated the transform, the particles curved in towards the new trajectory instead of continuing on their original orbit. Using unity 2021.
