Particle System Glitch v2021.1.1f1 HDRP

    Particle system looks fine when it is stationary but as soon as I child it to a parent that is moving or add a rigidbody component it glitches out. And yes, when I child it to a parent, I change the scaling mode to Hierarchy, so that is not the cause of the distortion. Looks like diagonal hash lines are appearing in the particle systems. So either the rigidbody or the object being in motion seems to be causing the issue.

    Anyone seen or heard of this and is it a glitch or a setting I need to change? Never had any issue adding velocity to particle systems with the standard pipeline renderer.

    Using larger particles it looks like there is a motion blur being added. Any ideas?
