Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone had recommendations to get better with particles? I can't seem to find any in depth tutorials, books, or courses on it, so was just wondering what a good way was to understand particles was. Been watching youtube videos which kind of help, but that's about it

    Anyway, thanks!

There are some good free examples floating about, should be under the learn section or on the assets store (free). Best way to learn is to play, get them and have a look at how they work.

There was a cool tornado effect that Unity showed off and should be in the examples. As it's not obvious how to get it from the sliders available under Particle System.

yeah, reverse engineering some of the examples I've found online seems to be the only other way. Well...somehow people are learning these things cause there are some really cool demo reels online...guess they just played with it
