Particle Color over Lifetime picker will not open

Hello,

Trying to set "Color over Lifetime" in the Particle system inspector. The picker will not open regardless of "Gradient" or "Random Between Two Gradients".

This seems to be problem on Unity 2020.3.18f1 , 2020.3.19f1 and 2019.4.30f

I am using Windows 10

Is this a common problem or just me ?

I have same problem. I'm clicking to color picker, sprite selector and more...
If restart Unity, it works fine for a while (from 2 to 10 minutes), then again the same thing.
