particle alpha issue

    I am seeing an issue where a particle system alpha start color will be 0 if less than 128 and 256 if greater than 128. This is with the unlit particle shader using transparent , additive , and multiply. It works normally on the standard pipeline. Basically the alpha of the color parts is all on or off based on color alpha being less than 128 or greater.
