"We found that your app contains content that many audiences would find objectionable, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically, we noticed your app concept is objectionable." by Apple.

Our game is a left right slashing defense game where u defend your "business" against poo and enemies, but it seems like Apple didn't like the concept.

This is our first game and we are very confused with the "concept objectionable" comment given by Apple, we checked there are quite an amount of games using poo as the theme and they are on the store with a 9+ rating, I resubmitted it and there is no news so far, anyone got any ideas?

It's objectionable for kids, yeah. Did you submit it at a teen rating? If all else fails just reskin and rebrand it.

What do you think about 12+?
There is no nudity or sexual content in the game....
I think raising it to 17+ doesn't make sense...
Does anyone got banned because of wrong rating before?
Is there any hint that apple will give you when the rating is wrong?

I can't see what the huff is about, they do look comedic turds, and to put taboos into context, my 5 year old is fasinated by saying poo etc (oh the joys of playground humour)... So needing a 12+ rating does seem a bit strong. If you have to re-brand at 17+ go the hole hog and give them something to really worry about! Good luck getting it accepted.

    Best Regards,
    Matt:

Hey guys, when did you guys get approved or rejected normally?
I got the first rejection by 5 days since the first submit.
After that I resubmitted the game and I still haven't got any reply.
    3 days past already.

    Finally......it's rejected again....
Come on, Apple......Don't force me to try 17+ rating...
I don't think my game needs to be 17+....orz

I read somewhere, there is somewhere you can appeal, a rejection ( maybe someone else knows exact info ? )

By the screenshots it looks like a perfectly polished game ( maybe post a video, then we can see
what the huff is about ? )
