[Paid] Lead ready experienced UNITY programmer

Hi,

We're looking for a Lead ready, AAA game industry experienced, Unity programmer for a long-term collaboration on an award-winning AAA 3D mobile game. We are past the First Playable Prototype phase and are in the production phase currently.

Required skills:
• Unity3D
• Superlative code reading, debugging, and code-leading skills with regard to a large legacy codebase.
• Ability to write efficient code within CPU and memory restrictions.
• Experience with iOS development, Xcode, have an IOS phone/iPad for testing and Mac for debugging in Xcode.
• Experience using version control systems, preferably Perforce
• Experience with JIRA and Agile
• Team lead team experience and project management skills to ensure technical execution of code is complete on time.
• Ability to code review and coach independent team coders and evaluate their code and architecture. Evaluate game design docs, tech design docs. Provide technical feedback and guidance when needed to complete work.
• Knowledge of programming patterns and code architecture
• Multiplayer Systems and backend coding required.
• AAA Industry Experience.
• MMO, experience a plus.
• Integrate;
o Character controller AI 3D Models Assets,
o Animations
o Environments zones with AAA quality assets
o Quests
• For the Alpha and Beta test must be familiar with;
o The latest Unity
o Have the ability to work on various Game systems as required from;
o Quest,
o Enemy AI to
o In-app purchases.
o MMO, Mobile, Social and retention SDK's
o Frontend and Backend networking requirements for MMO

Looking for 6 month min contract to ramp up and contribute to complete milestone with incentive program for milestone met.
