Job Description:

LandVault is looking for a Lead Artist to join our team. As a Lead Artist, you will be responsible for leading the art team, creating and executing on the visual style and direction of our virtual world. You will work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that the art aligns with the vision and goals of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the art team in creating high-quality, visually stunning assets and environments for our virtual world.
• Work with the design and development teams to ensure that the art aligns with the vision and goals of the company.
• Establish and maintain the visual style and direction of the virtual world.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the art meets technical and performance requirements.
• Manage and mentor junior artists, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in game development or a related field.
• Strong artistic skills and a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in a range of art styles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender.
