Looking For Contributor [paid collaboration] 3D multiplayer game for mobile

the game is about surviving there is a few modes but the main mode is free for all 4 player and I have 10 maps all set up ad ready all I need is help in 5 things.
1)I have a climb script works on adding force only needs to make it smoother and slower and make the animation I have play at the same time I climb
2)I have a grab script and the animation for grabbing and it works good just needs to make the object i pick collides with other objects
3)I have a health bar and I have script that makes the health bar decrease only needs help in making the punch animation I have damage the enemy
4)photon to make it multiplayer
5)rank and ex given every game
