PackageManager UI minor bug (show all versions)

    As the title says:
    packagemanagerui.PNG

    Good to know:
    - 2019.1a12
    - I left Unity open overnight with a simple project
    - I have removed a bunch of packages I don't use (Ads, Collaborate, etc).
    - Package Manager UI says 0.0.0
    - the list of versions are moving in relation of the top of the package list when I scroll the version list

    Hello @Lurking-Ninja,

    Thanks for reporting. This was an issue that originated from an internal API break that I believe already got corrected. I'll follow up to make sure.

    EDIT: I lied, it's actually 2 issues. Both are known. The UPM-UI version 0.0.0 is fixed.
