PackageManager error

o,
I'm using unity since last 10 months.It was working perfectly ,well since last week it started having problem

So i completely uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of unity

Still the problem persists


Even after turning by windows defender off and giving an exclusion to 'Package manager' and turning my windows firewall off the problem still remains to be the same

I restarted my pc too if you're wondering

And i have tried every possible solution from net but none of it seems to be working in my case

I don't know what went wrong or how the problem occured but i need your help
