package manger stuck at "loading packages...."

    The package manager is just stuck at "loading packages....", tested for 2019.1, 2019.2 on macOS.
    upm-diag.log is attached.

    Hi, our team took a look at the log, and the latency on Ping UPM registry is pretty high. Could you check and see if you have a proxy configured?
