Package manager UI source code

    I noticed that the package manager UI is listed as a package. I'm under the impression that packages were pulling from public git repos, if nothing else it seems to be the trend. Is the package manager UI open source? I can't find it but I'd love to take a look at the inside.

    If you expand the Packages folder of the project hierarchy you should see the package manager source in there. Is the editor code not there?
