Bug Package Manager UI and text issue - blocky and unreadable

Hello! As pictured in the attached file, the Package Manager window appears with text that is blocky and unreadable. It has the same issue when accessed through other menus. The Services window is also unreadable in this same way. The buttons and links seem functional - it is as if the font necessary is not loading properly. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to resolve this?

Unity Version: 2020.3.18f1
2019 MBP Ventura 13.0.1

I have tried: Restarting Unity, restarting my computer, reinstalling this version of Unity. I would prefer to avoid upgrading Unity versions.
