Package Manager / Text Mesh Pro

    Hi, Can anyone help me find Package Manager and get rid off Text Mesh Pro? Text Mesh Pro is causing 52 errors, I'm using 2019.1.2f1. Package Manager is not located in Window tab.

    Unity must be restarted after upgrade and Package Manager will appear in the Window tab.

    I just upgrade my project and ran into this. I was stuck for about an hour and tried everything the internet had to say. The final thing I tried was installing some pending Windows 10 updates and I'm shocked to say that fixed everything for me...
