Package manager softlock in 2019.1a1?

    Im having issues with the package manager UI soft locking the Unity editor - ive tried this with a number of projects and it seems to be pretty repeatable? if i have my project manifest set to use the staging package registry and enable displaying preview packages the editor locks up with no errors- just becomes unresponsive.

    Using the staging repository and not displaying preview packages, or displaying preview packages on the mainline repository works fine.
