Package Manager & Preferences can't be opened

    My unity version is 2019.1.1f1

    I tried many ways with no success. Your support is appreciated..

    Don't ask people to download files.

    What do you mean by "Package Manager" and Preferences cannot be opened? What happens when you do to Edit/Preferences... and to Window/PackageManager?

    Sorry! I edited the post.

    When trying to do that, nothing happened (none of the Preferences or Package Manager window appeared).

    Are you sure 2019.1.1f1 was installed properly? How did you install it?

    Yes, sure. I installed it by Unity Hub

    Also tried 2018.3.9f1 with same issue

    Hi @filfill,

    Could you provide a bit more info on the issue?
    Eg. Was there any errors in the console? Was the project created through an older version and upgrade to 2019.1? Any screenshots, etc?

    It might also be helpful if you could share the editor log file

    Yes, sure.

    No errors in the console and this happened also in new empty projects.

    BTW I installed a fresh copy of Unity 2019.2.0b4 and this issue disappeared then I tried to create a new project in the 2019.1 version and it seems the issue has been resolved.

    I shared the editor log file but APSchmidt said not to do that. Anyway, here is the log file when the issue occurred. I'd love to know how this happened.
