Package Manager not loading

    In my unity 2019.4 project, whenever I open the package manager I am greeted with a blank screen which looks like this: upload_2021-2-13_21-47-18.png
    Sometimes I get a glitched out version which goes blank again when I dock it or close it and reopen.

    Its been going on for a while now but I need to import some packages right now. Logs are attached aswell

    Edit: I solved this by switching the renderer from DirectX to OpenGL in the project settings
